Don’t let rain ruin your day trip!,
This is exactly what it says on the package – “Emergency Cape”. Do not guess to pay a dollar or two and get a London Fog raincoat!
The cape is made of thin plastic, about the thickness of a clad plastic disposable dropcloth that you’d use for painting. Mine are orange, but I’m not sure they’re available in additional colours (I would’ve ideal clear, or blue, perhaps). I judge they are preordained for release-use only, and are not preordained for manhandling or extreme activity.
It was simple to use and place on, and has a built-in hood (the hood has no drawstring, but I didn’t guess on at this fee). The cape comes in a tiny, thin carton that is very simple to take along somewhere. It is a “one-size-fits-all” thing, and fit my 6′, 200+ lb companion just fine. Not sure how it would go on a name who’s 350 lbs, but would be perfectly fine for the “average” adult.
I bought these because I was inane to Stonehenge and the English weather can be rather unpredictable. As it turned out, it did rain – and I was completely set! Thanks to this modest cape, which took up nearly no space in my pocketbook, I was able to stay out there and take lots of cinema while others could not do so lacking close up cold, wet, and miserable.
For the fee, it is indeed worth grabbing some of these for journey if there’s a chance of rain, because it’s surpass than carrying an unused umbrella or jacket nearly all day, must the rain hold off. I’ve now got a couple in the glove compartment of my car, too, just in case. I also use one when I have to work further than in the yard when it’s raining.
I would not hesitate to buy these over again, when I run out.

|Excellent ponchos, 1/8 vaguely defective.,
The forecast for my trip to Walt Disney World called for rain and thunderstorms so I bought some emergency ponchos. When I initially arrived I felt dumb because I saw all these broadcast wearing Disney Ponchos and I thought at initially I wasted my cash, but really turns out these emergency ponchos are pretty awe-inspiring.
They are exceptionally light and tiny to carry nearly before to you take them out of their packaging. So they don’t take up much space before to you need them. Also they are exceptionally cheap (I bought 8 for 99 cents each) so they are disposable, which is nice. You use it for a day (if you even need it) then at the end of the day rather than drying it out or trying to re-pack it, you just toss it and carry nearly a new package the next day (if you need it). Also I was apprehensive at initially these ponchos would be tiny. I’m 5’9 and 220 lbs. It fit fine, and even over myself AND my camelbak. Also as a cape, it works. it keeps you dry and the hood is nice.
Here’s my only negatives with these ponchos. The hood isn’t nice even if when it’s turbulent because it doesn’t stay on your head. possibly wearing a baseball cap would help. Also the ponchos are exceptionally thin like document thin. So although it keeps you dry, if the rain is cold, you’re inane to feel cold and wet, even even if you’re not really getting wet. And lastly one of my eight ponchos the sheath opening in the end was open all the way to the underside. So I had to tie the cape at the end so it wouldn’t blow completely open.
Anyhow taking into account I paid about $12-13 with shipping for 8 disposable ponchos as different to the $10-15 for a cape I’d have to hang dry every night and map out how to repack every morning. I reflect it was cash well spent. I really finished up with a few extras from our trip which supplies nicely in my car’s glove compartment for right emergencies.

I selected up a couple of these for a recent trip to Inside America. They were simple to pack and didn’t take up a lot of room. They’re simple to carry along, in a tighten or sack, not matter everywhere you are inane.
These are cheap plastic. They are preordained to be disposed of with wearing. I would not urge this manufactured goods for a bigwig who is in need of a excellent cape over again and over again. Instead, you must look into something a bit thicker. If you’re plotting a trip everywhere you aren’t sure you’ll need rain safeguard and want something tiny that will help you stay dry, these will work fantastic.
